What is the work culture like at Dependable?
Safety and teamwork are very important to us. To create vehicles that make a difference, our office and shop teams collaborate well. Everyone is respected and hard work is acknowledged in this encouraging environment.
It depends on the role. For many technical positions, being a certified EVT (Emergency Vehicle Technician) or having a specialized trade license is a plus. However, we also value experience and a strong desire to learn our specific craft.
We want our team to grow with us. As you gain experience in the emergency vehicle industry, you will have the chance to learn new skills, work with modern tools, and take on more responsibility.
Is there a focus on safety in the facility?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. To ensure that everyone returns home safely at the end of the day, we maintain modern facilities and follow strict safety protocols.
